How Can a Blood Blister On The Inner Thigh Be Treated?

i have a blood blister on my inner thigh close to my groin and im not sure what is causing them to keep showing up i dont have any STDs so i know it isnt that. im a 26 year old and im not sure how much i weigh. i have an over active vagus nerve and im hypoglicemic and i have dyspepsia. i also have asthma and scoliosis.
